UAE
Dubai's skyline and Abu Dhabi's culture — a genuine hub for stopovers as much as standalone trips

The UAE built a global travel identity in about two decades: Dubai's skyline (Burj Khalifa, Palm Jumeirah, a genuinely enormous mall/entertainment scene) and Abu Dhabi's more measured mix of culture (the Louvre Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque) and desert. Both cities work equally well as a standalone week or a long layover between other destinations.
