Michelin Guide Vietnam 2026 Recognizes 193 Restaurants, Including 11 Michelin Stars

The Michelin Guide unveiled its 2026 selection for Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang at a ceremony in Hanoi on June 4, 2026, recognizing 193 dining establishments across the three cities: 11 one-star restaurants, 72 Bib Gourmand picks (good food at accessible prices), 110 Michelin Selected venues and 3 Michelin Green Star restaurants for sustainable practices.

Two restaurants earned their first star this year: ONVIT, Vietnam's first contemporary Korean restaurant to receive one, and Upstairs, an intimate four-table Ho Chi Minh City spot serving modern Vietnamese cuisine drawing on Central Vietnamese flavors. They join previously recognized one-star names including Gia, Hibana by Koki and Tam Vi in Hanoi, and Anan Saigon and CieL in Ho Chi Minh City.

The Bib Gourmand category — arguably more useful for a typical visit than the star list — expanded to 72 venues this year, including 11 new additions, spanning everything from street-food specialists to small family-run kitchens.
