Australian Open Confirms January 11–31, 2027 Dates After Record-Breaking 2026 Edition

Tennis Australia confirmed the 2027 Australian Open will run January 11–31, with Opening Week from the 11th through the 16th and the singles finals on January 30 and 31 — following what organizers called a record-breaking 2026 edition at Melbourne Park.

As the season's first Grand Slam and the only one played in the Southern Hemisphere summer, the tournament's roofed show courts (Rod Laver Arena, Margaret Court Arena, John Cain Arena) remain central to managing Melbourne's genuine January heat.
