Chongqing Set to Host 2026 Figure Skating Grand Prix Final, December 10–13

China's Chongqing will host the season's top six skaters per discipline for the ISU Grand Prix Final, a first major ISU event for the megacity.

Chongqing, the sprawling southwestern Chinese megacity better known for its hillside skyline and hotpot than winter sport, is confirmed to host the 2026–27 ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating Final, December 10–13, 2026.

Only the top six qualifiers per discipline — men's singles, women's singles, pairs and ice dance — based on points accumulated across the season's six Grand Prix stops make the Final field, making it a smaller but higher-stakes event than the World Championships later in the season.
