US Open 2026 Set for Its Largest-Ever Schedule: 22 Days, August 23–September 13

The USTA confirmed the 2026 US Open's expanded 22-day schedule — the most competition days in the tournament's nearly 150-year history.

The USTA confirmed the 2026 US Open runs August 23 through September 13 at Flushing Meadows — 22 days including Fan Week (Aug 23), the main singles draw starting August 30, and finals on September 12 (women's) and 13 (men's), making it the largest event schedule in the tournament's nearly 150-year history.

This marks the 56th consecutive year the US Open has been played at Flushing Meadows' USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center, the only Grand Slam played entirely under lights with a hard-court surface.
